In their last game Washington was on the road where they lost to Utah 70-62. Jaylen Nowell was the high scorer for the Huskies putting up 17 points on 8/17 shooting and he was one of only two players for the team that scored in double figures. Justin Bibbins was the high scorer for the Utes with 20 points and he also added 10 rebounds. Washington was outscored by 11 points in the first half and rallied to get to within four late in the game and the Utes came up big in last minute to prevail. Overall the Huskies shot a pathetic 11/1% (2/18) from behind the arc, and overall 38.5% from the floor. Utah wasn’t impressive offensively either shooting 37.5% from the field and 25.9% from 3-pt land. Betting wise the game was a PUSH with Utah’s 8-point winning margin matching the Utes -8 line. The two lack-luster offensive performances sent this game UNDER finishing 13 points below the closing total line. Washington has now lost two in a row after winning six of seven. In PAC-12 action this season, they’re 3-3 straight up and versus the betting line. On the road in conference play they’re 2-2 SU and ATS.

The combined 155 points scored sent the game OVER for the Buff’s fourth time in their last six games. Colorado has won two in a row and four of their last five games all against conference opponents and on the campaign, are 4-3 overall in Pac12 play. As a true home team, the Buffaloes have been very successful going 8-1 on the season and are a perfect 3-0 in PAC-12 games both straight up and versus the point spread line.

Washington at Colorado Prediction 1/20/2018
I’m going to go with the hot hand here. The Buffaloes have yet to taste defeat at home on the scoreboard and at the betting windows versus a conference rival this season. They’ve won four out of five losing only to USC on the road over that stretch. They’ve played well at both ends of the court holding their opponents to an ultra-impressive 39 FG% while shooting 46.3 themselves. The Huskies come into this match scoring an average of 63 points on an ice-cold 40.3 shooting percentage over their last five, dropping three of those games. I don’t like laying this many points, but the form alone suggests that this is the logical play.
