The Lions dodged a bullet last week on a missed 31-yard field goal by Calgary in their 20-18 victory as 2.5-point home underdogs. Going 2-0 ATS would have to go against some rough betting trends with a 1-5 record ATS in their last six games following a SU and win and a 1-7 mark ATS in their last eight games in Week 2. Give credit to BC’s defense which kept the Stampeders corralled for most of that game.

Hamilton looked to be the most complete team in Week 1 with its 42-20 dismantling of Toronto as a five-point road underdog. Jeremiah Masoli got the start at quarterback and he ended the day with 318 yards passing and three touchdown throws while completing 27-of-37 attempts. Wide receivers’ Chad Owens and Andrew Fantuz combined for 13 receptions for 166 yards and two of those touchdowns.
