Western Kentucky enters at 3-2 but they do not own a win against any team that really makes any hands shake. The Hilltoppers own wins against Houston Baptist, Miami Ohio and Rice, this not a very impressive resume to say the least. Against two SEC teams, the Hilltoppers were toppled by both Vanderbilt and Alabama.

Louisiana Tech comes in at 2-3, but they could have easily been 5-0. The Bulldogs remain undaunted at home and lost three games on the road to all quality opponents. The list of assailants include Arkansas in Fayetteville to start off 2016, where the Bulldogs fell 21-20. LA Tech also endured a loss to Texas Tech 59-45 in Lubbock but that is merely hard luck be that Tech’s defense is all the more porous. The most recent peril for the Bulldogs came when they fell 38-34 at Middle Tennessee State, a team with a reputation for taking down any team that dare challenge them when they are at home.
