Tulsa is coming off a bye after starting the season 1-3 both straight-up and against the spread. The lone victory came against Central Arkansas in Week 1 with a 38-27 win as an 11.5-point home favorite. The Golden Hurricane opened play in the AAC with a 31-17 loss to Temple on Sept. 20 as 6.5-point road underdogs. The total has stayed UNDER in their last three games.
