An offense that averaged 34.6 points per game in 2016, the Golden Panthers have averaged just a fraction of that in its first two games in 2019.

In addition, the elements will likely work against New Hampshire as they are leaving their temperate Northeast climate to play in the rugged, humid, and hot environs of South Florida which are known to work against teams that come from the Wildcats' portion of the country.

In finding value in the numbers, it is very well likely that we are getting Florida International at a bargain-basement price given how low their stock is. The combination of FIU getting its doors blown off by FIU and the WKU upset has left Panther proponents with a bitter taste in their month. In just two weeks, the Panthers went from a highly-touted contender for the Conference USA crown to some questioning whether or not they will make the post-season. The fact remains that FIU closed a nine-point favorite last week against an FBS opponent and now they are being offered spotting a half-point less to an FCS team that has yet to win a game this season and one that finished 4-7 in 2018. If that isn't value, I don't know what is.
