Washington Nationals vs. Oakland A's Odds Prediction
The Nationals had their four-game win streak snapped with their loss to the A's in yesterday’s game. They are in first place in the NL East 10 games up on the New York Mets and are the only team in the division with a winning record. Washington will get slugger and early MVP candidate Bryce Harper back from his three-game suspension. The A's had lost two straight being outscored 21-3 before beating the Nationals yesterday putting up 10 runs. In their previous seven games, they had lost six only batting .196 as a team in that span and averaging 2.9 runs per game. Oakland sits in the basement of the AL West and they are 15.5 games out of first place. Roark has been solid in his last two outings and he will have a good start in this game. Gray will not get lit up, but he will not hold the Nats’ lineup in check and unlike the first two games of this series this game will be a low scoring affair. Washington will take this game and get the series win.
