Toronto Blue Jays vs. Minnesota Twins Prediction
The Blue Jays have lost two in a row where they have only totaled three runs. They had won their previous three games, but are in the basement of the AL East and 9.5 games out of the 2nd AL Wild Card spot, which the Twins hold. Minnesota has won three in a row and have also won six of their last eight games. They are out of the AL Central race, but have the 2nd Wild Card three games up on the L.A. Angels and three games back of the New York Yankees. While Minnesota as been led by their lineup this season they have only given up a total of three runs in their three-game win streak. Happ has been great as of late only giving up one earned run in each of his last three starts. He did not have a good outing the last time he faced the Twins, but he will tonight. On the other side of the coin Colon will have another tough outing and an early exit. The Blue Jays will win this game snapping the Twins three-game winning streak.
