Manaea had one of his better starts this season facing the Twins when he gave up one earned run in six innings in a 5-1 Oakland win. In his first three starts this season he was 0-1 with a less than impressive ERA of 11.37, but in seven starts since he is 3-3 with an ERA of 3.61.</p>
<p>Tommy Milone gets the call for the Twins and in his last appearance he was not sharp giving up five earned runs in three innings in a 6-5 loss to the Chicago White Sox. He was recalled from the Minors on June 18th and has started two games since both Minnesota losses where he only lasted six innings and gave up six earned runs. Milone’s only career start against the A’s came last season when he was tagged up for seven runs in only two innings of work. The Twins are 2-5 in Milone’s last 7 starts.</p>
