New York Yankees vs. Minnesota Twins Prediction
After winning two in a row the Yankees have dropped two straight. They have a solid lineup that ranks 3rd in the Majors in runs scored, but they have only totaled two runs in their last two games and 13 runs in their five games since the All Star break. All Star rookie phenom Aaron Judge is mired in a 1 for 21 slump since the break. New York is in 3rd place in the AL East 3.5 games back of the Boston Red Sox. The Twins have won two of their last three games after losing three in a row and they are in 2nd place in the AL Central only 1.5 games back of the Cleveland Indians. Their pitching has not been good this season, but they have only given up two runs in winning two of their last three games. Cessa has not given the Yankees much luck this season and that will continue in this game. Colon struggled, big time, with the Braves this season, but for his new team he will be rejuvenated and have a good outing tonight. The Twins will win tonight and send the struggling Yankees to their 3rd straight loss.
