In the Week 20 CFL opener we have a rematch from last week when the Blue Bombers visit the RedBlacks in Ottawa on Friday night. The betting board opened with this game a pickem, but has since risen to Winnipeg -2.5 on the point spread line. The total hit the board at 52 and has fallen slightly to 51.5 at most sportsbooks. Kickoff at TD Place Stadium is set for 7:00 PM ET on November 4th.

<p>
Winnipeg lost to the RedBlacks last week 23-10 as a 5.5-point home favorite in the first game of this season-ending home-and-home series. There has to be some concern with a Blue Bomber’s offense that came out flat in that loss after posting an average of 35.6 points in its previous five outings. Matt Nichols had a rough day at quarterback with three interceptions against just one touchdown throw.

<p>
The RedBlacks are just 8-8-1 on the year straight-up, but last week’s win clinched a second-straight East Division title. It remains to be seen how they will approach this game given the lack of meaning in the outcome, but look for Henry Burris to still put the ball up in air quite a bit after throwing for 338 yards last week while completing 23-of-33 attempts.

Winnipeg Blue Bombers at Ottawa RedBlacks Prediction
Despite last week’s poor showing, I would still go with Winnipeg to even the score with a SU win on the road.
