It lost to Wake Forest 34-10 in last season’s ACC opener in a game that closed as a PICK.

Anthony Brown has gotten the call at quarterback for Boston College, and he has thrown for 322 yards and four touchdowns. Wake Forest opened its season with a tighter-than-expected 23-17 victory against Tulane as a seven-point favorite on the road. Last Saturday against Towson, the Demon Deacons rolled to a 51-20 win at home to cover the 34-point spread. They were also 4-4 SU in conference play in 2017 with a 5-2-1 record ATS. The total stayed UNDER the closing line in five of those eight ACC games.

Boston College at Wake Forest Prediction 09/13/2018
With a possible hurricane taking aim at North Carolina later this week, the situation bears watching in relation to where this game is being played. At the very least, it should be a sloppy track at BB&T Field this Thursday night. Each of these teams has shown the ability to move the ball on the ground, but poor field conditions would throw the edge to the Eagles.
Look for Boston College to avenge last year’s loss to Wake Forest with a victory this time around both SU and ATS.
