Hamilton wins Canadian GP

Lewis Hamilton and Jenson Button made it a 1-2 finish for McLaren-Mercedes in the Canadian Grand Prix on Sunday.

Hamilton beat teammate Button across the finish line by 2.2 seconds in the event in Montreal. Ferrari's Fernando Alonso ended up in third place.

Sebastian Vettel, Mark Webber, Nico Rosberg, Robert Kubica, Sebastien Buemi, Vitantonio Liuzzi, and Adrian Sutil also picked up points for the drivers championship.

Hamilton now has 109 points atop the driver standings, with Button three points back in second place. Webber is in third place with 103 points.

McLaren-Mercedes leads the constructors championship with 215 points. RBR-Renault is second with 193 points, while Ferrari has 161 points.
